Course Administrator


Client and student liaison: includes scheduling, relationship management, logistical coordination, feedback management

  • Implement, maintain and improve processes for course preparation and delivery
  • Student admin: including onboarding, attendance, academic records, check-ins, student profiles
  • Student management: ensure students are upholding their contractual agreements and on track to graduate, includes overseeing project submissions and assessment
  • Implement and report on student schedules
  • Manage teaching team: includes coordinating screening, training and scheduling
  • Schedule, collect, analyse and action stakeholder feedback (including students, teachers, clients)
  • Conduct on-site visits: observe and report on classes to ensure high quality learning experience
  • Manage student contracts: including writing, administering, collecting, storing and upholding contracts
  • Monitor and work within project budgets
  • Track, and meet short-, medium- and long-term project targets
  • Report to direct supervisor per schedule and on request


  • 2+ years experience of programme or project management or similar
  • Applicable tertiary qualification

Job Details

Full-time: 09:00-17:00 Mon-Friday

Location: 403 Old Castle Brewery; 6 Beach Road, Woodstock, Cape Town
